Acceptable Use Policy

What you can do with VenuXboost — and what is not allowed.

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) defines the conditions under which VenuXboost services may be used. It complements our Terms of Service and applies to any use of the platform.

1. Permitted use

VenuXboost is built for legitimate promotional use by creators, brands, agencies and businesses seeking to grow the visibility of their public content:

  • Promotional distribution of content you publish on your own social accounts.
  • Amplifying campaigns for consenting clients (agencies, freelancers).
  • Audience and positioning tests on professional or brand accounts.

2. Prohibited use

Using VenuXboost is strictly prohibited for:

  • Fraudulent, anonymous or impersonating accounts — fake profiles, brand copycats, phishing accounts.
  • Illegal content — terrorism apology, child sexual abuse material, hate speech, copyright or trademark infringement.
  • Harassment, doxxing, intimidation — campaigns aimed at amplifying content targeting an identifiable person.
  • Political or electoral manipulation — campaigns tied to a live election, referendum, political party, candidate, or any form of electoral interference.
  • Adult content distributed for unlawful purposes — exploitation, non-consent, minors.
  • Fraud, scams, pyramid schemes — promotion of scams, fake investments, fraudulent cryptocurrencies, miracle health claims.
  • Spam and unsolicited messaging — using campaigns to relay spam or deceptive content.
  • Violation of social platform terms — use that contravenes the ToS of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X or Snapchat.
  • Aggressive automation — attempts to script the VenuXboost API beyond the documented rate-limit boundaries.

3. Enforcement

Any violation of this policy may result, without notice or refund, in:

  • Immediate suspension of running campaigns.
  • Permanent account closure.
  • Reporting to relevant authorities and affected social platforms.
  • Legal action where warranted.

4. Reporting a violation

If you witness abusive use of VenuXboost (a campaign directed at you, illegal content, fraud), contact us immediately at support@venuxboost.app with as much detail as possible (URLs, IDs, screenshots). We process reports within 48 business hours.

5. Updates

This policy may evolve to reflect new legal obligations or emerging risks. Material changes are notified by email.
