Welcome to VenuXboost. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern access to the platform and use of the services provided by Miller Kiefer, doing business as VenuXboost, with its principal establishment at 630 avenue Querbes, Montréal, QC, H2V 3W7 (Canada) (“VenuXboost”, “we”). By creating an account or launching a campaign you accept these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.
1. Nature of the services
VenuXboost is a creator-marketing SaaS platform. It orchestrates promotional visibility campaigns intended to amplify the reach of public content on major social networks (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, Snapchat).
Our campaigns consist of measured distribution through audited marketing providers. They do not constitute platform-sold advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads), nor a monetisation guarantee, nor a promise of virality or specific algorithmic outcome.
2. Eligibility and account creation
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to open an account. You warrant that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legitimate right to use the social accounts targeted by your campaigns.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or terminate accounts that exhibit signs of fraud, impersonation or breach of these Terms, without notice and without refund.
3. Account responsibility
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity performed from your account. VenuXboost never asks for social-network passwords — our campaigns operate only from the public URL of the content or the username.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use VenuXboost in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, and the terms of service of the social platforms you target. Any non-compliant use results in immediate account suspension without refund.
5. Payment and billing
Campaigns are charged at purchase via Stripe (card, Apple Pay) or Moneroo (Mobile Money). Prices are displayed in your local currency; conversion is performed at the rate shown at the time of purchase. No recurring subscription is activated without your explicit consent.
Transactions are secured by our payment partners (Stripe, PCI DSS Level 1 compliant). VenuXboost never directly stores your card data.
6. Cancellation and termination
You can cancel a campaign as long as it has not been fully distributed. Unconsumed credit is refunded proportionally, as detailed in our Refund Policy.
You can close your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support@venuxboost.app. Closure triggers data deletion in line with our Privacy Policy.
7. No outcome guarantee
VenuXboost does not guarantee any monetisation, virality, algorithmic ranking or revenue outcome resulting from your campaigns. Outcomes depend on the content posted, the niche, timing, audience and proprietary algorithms of the platforms — over which we have no control.
Headline figures (“+280% average reach”, “12,847 campaigns delivered”) are observed averages; they do not constitute a contractual promise for your specific case.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VenuXboost shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profit, lost audience, reputational harm or any consequence of a moderation action taken by a third-party platform. VenuXboost's total liability is capped at the amount paid by the user in the twelve (12) months preceding the triggering event.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes are notified by email or via the dashboard at least fifteen (15) days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Québec (Canada). Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Québec (Canada), subject to mandatory consumer-protection provisions.
